Top Motivational Speakers of the Last Decade
Over the last ten years, I’ve come across many motivational speakers through their books, audio programs, interviews, and seminars. While some were not that impressive and most were decent, a few truly stood out to me as exceptional.
Motivational speakers sometimes get a bad reputation for only providing short-lived motivation. It’s important to remember that motivation is temporary, but what matters most is what you do with that burst of motivation. Do you apply the lessons they teach, or do you let the inspiration fade away and slip back into your old habits?
Many of these speakers don’t even consider themselves “motivational speakers” but rather life coaches or personal development experts. The key takeaway is to use the motivation they provide as fuel to take massive action and form habits that stick. Motivation comes and goes, but good habits stay with you for a lifetime. If you've ever started going to the gym consistently, you know how much it impacts you when you stop for more than a week.
Below is a list of my top motivational speakers. I’ve listed them in alphabetical order by their first names, along with some of their best programs. I encourage you to check them out and, more importantly, take action on what you learn!
